A look behind the scenes at the head office, a tour of the server room and a role play in which the students were allowed to ask questions. This year's Future Day was anything but grey theory.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Practice makes perfect if you want to become a real professional! That's why we have once again gone all out this year to give young talents an unforgettable insight into the world of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the ZAG Future Day, young talents exchange ideas about career paths, are inspired by the change from \u201echecker\u201c to \u201erecruiter\u201c and experience exciting insights into the professional world.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

But what does a day like this actually look like for us?
Spoiler: He is interactive, creative and full of vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role reversal: today the pupils are the bosses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We started right on time at 09:00. But just listening? Not with us! To liven up the day, we assigned three exciting roles right at the start:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The checker:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    He kept an overview and ticked off on the checklist which stations had already been visited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • The reporter:\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      His task was to interview the employees in the departments and find out what they actually do all day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The Recruiter:\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        This is where things got particularly exciting. In a fictitious job interview, the student slipped into the role of the recruiter, while a real employee played the applicant. Who would ask the trickier questions?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        A marathon through the departments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        After a short presentation of the company, the big event began. Office tour<\/strong>. From the reception on the 5th floor, we travelled through the entire world of ZAG:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        From the Pro Chance Foundation to marketing, the vehicle fleet, payroll accounting and key account management. A technical highlight was definitely the visit to the server room at the \u201eheart\u201c of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        After so much input, we had a well-earned lunch break: pasta with tomato sauce from our modern lunch restaurant \u201eCaf\u00e9 Ausblick\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Visions on paper:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u201eThis is me: 2026 and 2036\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Freshly fortified, things got creative in the afternoon. With the creation of \u201eMoodboards\u201c<\/strong> the pupils visualised their own personal future. Where do I see myself in ten years? Goals such as \u201egood job\u201c, \u201evolleyball\u201c and \u201efamily\u201c appeared between ZAG logos and colourful icons. It was impressive to see how much ambition and dreams the young people brought to their posters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        A day to remember<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        At the end, we reflected together: What was the highlight? What did we learn? As a grand finale, we not only received the freshly printed photos of the day as a souvenir, but also our ZAG goodie bags with caps, lanyards and, of course, nourishment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Conclusion:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The Future Day was a complete success for both sides. It's great to see how much potential there is in the next generation. We are already looking forward to next year!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
