At ZAG, people are at the heart of everything we do. This applies not only to the job search process, but also to every client assignment that follows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our staff work at various client companies every day. They contribute their expertise, take on responsibility and make a significant contribution. That is exactly what we want to recognise and value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, showing appreciation for our staff means more than just saying \u2018thank you\u2019. It starts with genuine interest. With listening. With conversations on an equal footing. And with asking how our staff are really getting on in their day-to-day work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why ZAG regularly holds \u2018Staff Friday\u2019 events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this day, we make a point of setting aside time for our staff working on customer assignments. We want to know how their assignments are going, whether they feel comfortable in their workplace, and whether they have any questions or concerns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, as a recruitment agency, this personal interaction is particularly important. After all, even though our staff are working for different client companies, we remain their point of contact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We don\u2019t want to wait until a problem arises before we talk to one another. For us, good collaboration means staying in regular contact. Checking in. Taking feedback seriously. And also hearing the positive things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u2018Freitag\u2019 employee scheme creates opportunities for precisely that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s about coming together and sharing ideas. It\u2019s about seeing the people behind the day-to-day work. It\u2019s also about not just expressing appreciation, but making it a tangible part of everyday working life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The example from Celle illustrates this very well. There, our staff were served pasta salad and chicken sausages. Anyone who had time could eat there and then. Of course, the food was also available to take away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharing a meal together provides a lovely setting for conversation. People come together, chat and have time for one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is exactly what we are all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We want our staff to know that their hard work is recognised. That their views matter. And that they can contact us at any time with any questions, requests or concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After all, a good recruitment service isn\u2019t just about finding the right jobs and companies. Above all, it\u2019s about the people who make it happen every day.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
