03. Place your bets for the World Cup matches and collect points as the tournament progresses.

You can win:

• 1st place: 2 VIP tickets for a football stadium of a first or second division club of your choice.
• 2nd to 5th place: One Germany jersey each.

The World Cup competition starts on 11.06.2026 and ends on 19.07.2026.

Participation in the competition and its implementation are subject to the following provisions:

By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that he/she agrees to these conditions of participation. The recipient of the data provided by the participant is ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C.

Natural persons over the age of 18 who have their place of residence or an address in Germany are eligible to participate.
Each person may only participate once. Participation on behalf of third parties is prohibited; each participant may only participate on their own behalf.
Any violation of this rule will result in exclusion from the competition.
ZAG GmbH reserves the right.

2. PUBLISHING:

• The prize will be drawn from all valid entries, subject to the highest number of points and receipt of the mail.
• Each entry is only valid if all conditions are met.

Participants warrant to ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C that the commentary (including images) does not infringe any third-party rights, in particular personal rights, copyrights, trademark rights and licence rights. The participant is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C shall be indemnified by the participants against any claims for damages and other claims by third parties in connection with the commentary.

3. EXCLUSION FROM THE COMPETITION
ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition in the event of non-compliance with the competition conditions or in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently cancelled and reclaimed. In particular, persons who make use of unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation (such as entries/entries via entry services) may be excluded.

4. REALISATION AND PROCESSING
The winners will be selected at random from all participants at the end of the competition. As soon as the winners have been determined by ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C, the respective persons will be informed of the prize by e-mail. The message will ask the respective person to send a private message to ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C to confirm the win. If no confirmation is received within 14 days, ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C reserves the right to award the prize to other participants. A cash payment of the prize is not possible. Furthermore, no prize claims can be transferred to third parties. Any complaints must be sent to ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C in writing within 14 days of the reason for the complaint becoming known, stating the name of the competition. Complaints made by telephone or delayed complaints cannot be processed. The prize will only be dispatched within Germany.

5. EARLY TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION
ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C has the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. If, for example, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper organisation of the game cannot be guaranteed.

6. LIABILITY
The following exclusions and limitations of liability apply to ZAG's liability for damages, notwithstanding the other statutory requirements for claims:

a) ZAG shall be liable without limitation insofar as the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence.
b) Furthermore, ZAG shall be liable for breaches of material obligations caused by slight negligence, the breach of which jeopardises the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the competition and on the observance of which the contractual partners regularly rely. In such cases, however, ZAG's liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
c) ZAG shall not be liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those specified above.
d) The specified limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health, for a defect following the assumption of quality guarantees for the quality of a product and in the event of fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

7. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND FINAL PROVISIONS
These conditions of participation may be amended by ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C at any time without separate notification. Legal recourse is excluded. These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

DATA PROTECTION
ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C processes the data exclusively for the purpose of organising this competition. This includes contacting the participant after the prize has been awarded and administering and transmitting the prize. ZAG GmbH A/C/D/C stores your data exclusively for the purpose of organising this competition. Personal data (name, address) will only be passed on to the partner providing the prize and responsible for dispatch in the event of a win. The data will be deleted once the purpose has been achieved.

In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you below about your rights as a data subject and provide you with further information required by law:
