A management team with vision

Our extended management team combines entrepreneurial thinking with a human touch. Three managing directors and five experienced department heads manage ZAG with a clear division of roles, broad expertise and the aim of ensuring sustainable quality in our personnel solutions. This understanding is characterised by Martin Weiß, the founder of ZAG, in whose spirit we act with responsibility, attitude and an eye for people.

As COO, Thorsten Meier manages the operational business processes and ensures that efficiency and quality are at the centre of the company's daily operations.

As CFO, Frank-Uwe Kautz is responsible for the company's financial strategy and ensures transparency, stability and sustainable growth.

  - Development and management of a group of securities specialists for ten branches
  - Department Director since 2003
  - Various functions in the securities business since 1992, including as trainer and head of advisory centre
  - Apprenticeship as a bank clerk at Commerzbank Hannover (1984-1986)
- - Director of the ProChance Children and Youth Foundation Silvia Daniel, at the Hanover Press Club and the Sir Greene Foundation

  - Project-related management responsibility in over 15 branches throughout Germany
  - Has worked at ZAG for over 30 years in various roles: Administration, scheduling, branch and regional management (e.g. in Hanover, Munich, Bavaria)
  - Apprenticeship as a hotel manager and office clerk (second apprenticeship at ZAG in Hanover)
For me, ZAG is more than just an employer. It is an affair of the heart. I was able to grow, learn and shape things here. Today, I pass on this experience: through coaching, mentoring and leadership with the aim of developing potential, creating prospects and growing together.
