ZAG Summer Party 2026: Team spirit, appreciation and camaraderie

Our ZAG Summer Party 2026 was an evening full of lovely encounters, shared memories and a great sense of togetherness.

Under the motto „We’re all in this together“, colleagues from various departments came together to celebrate, chat and simply have a good time with one another.

That is exactly what makes ZAG special. A diverse group of people who all do their bit every day and work together to ensure that we move forward as a team.

Together as the ZAG family

Our summer party wasn’t just about our colleagues, but also about their loved ones.

There was a dedicated childcare service and face painting for the children, so that even our youngest guests could enjoy the evening and have some fun.

It is precisely moments like these that show what community means to us. We don’t just spend our working hours together; we create memories, get to know one another in a different light outside our everyday lives, and continue to grow closer as the ZAG family.

After all, children are our future and, for us, they are a natural part of this community.

Celebrating successes together

A special part of the evening was the celebration of our staff’s achievements.

In day-to-day working life, things move quickly. Tasks are completed, challenges are overcome, and before you know it, the next issue is on the agenda. This makes it all the more important to consciously pause for a moment and say thank you.

Behind every success are people who take responsibility, get involved and help shape ZAG every day through their commitment.

This achievement deserves recognition, and that is precisely why it was important to us to celebrate our colleagues’ successes together.

We’re all in this together

Our motto was more than just a phrase for that evening.

It captures very well how we work together at ZAG and what matters to us.

We each bring different experiences, personalities and perspectives to the table. What unites us is the journey we are taking together.

For us, solidarity means supporting one another, being there for one another and finding solutions together. But it also means sharing our successes and enjoying special moments together.

An evening to remember

Our summer party at TuS Vinnhorst has once again shown just how valuable it is to spend time together outside of our everyday working lives.

There was laughter, storytelling and celebration, and we looked back together on many special moments.

A big thank you to all our staff who made this evening so special and who, through their personalities, hard work and dedication, shape ZAG every day.
