Conditions of participation

This is how it works:

From 1 February 2026 until 31 December 2026, all employees at the Vechta branch have the chance to win an e-scooter. Achieve a points quota of at least 80 % by the end of the campaign. The main prize is an e-scooter that will get you around quickly and flexibly in the future.
So that you can follow your progress at any time, the current ranking list is displayed every Friday in the neighbourhood.

By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that he/she agrees to these conditions of participation.

Natural persons over the age of 18 who have their place of residence or an address in Germany are eligible to participate. Only employees of ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta are authorised to participate.
Participation on behalf of third parties is prohibited; each participant may only participate on his/her own behalf.
Any violation of this rule will result in exclusion from the competition.
ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta reserves the right to request an official photo ID (identity card or driving licence) for age verification purposes.

2. EXCLUSION FROM THE COMPETITION
ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition in the event of non-compliance with the competition conditions or in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently cancelled and reclaimed. In particular, persons who make use of unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation (such as entries/entries via entry services) may be excluded.

3. REALISATION AND PROCESSING
The winners will be chosen at random from all participants at the end of the competition. As soon as the winners have been determined by ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta, the respective persons will be informed of the prize. With the information, the respective person will be asked to contact ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta to confirm the prize. If no confirmation is received within 14 days, ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta reserves the right to award the prize to other participants. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Furthermore, no prize claims can be transferred to third parties. Any complaints must be addressed in writing to ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta within 14 days of the reason for the complaint becoming known, stating the name of the competition. Complaints made by telephone or delayed complaints cannot be processed. The prize will only be dispatched within Germany. As soon as the prize has been transferred to the transport service provider, the risk of accidental deterioration and accidental loss lies with the winner.

4. EARLY TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION
ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta has the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. If, for example, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper organisation of the game cannot be guaranteed.

5. LIABILITY
In particular, ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta shall not be liable for any damage that may occur as a result of errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, faults in the technical systems and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way when participating in competitions, unless such damage is caused by ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta (its executive bodies, employees or vicarious agents) wilfully or through gross negligence.

6. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND FINAL PROVISIONS
Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta may amend these conditions of participation at any time without separate notification. Legal recourse is excluded. These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

DATA PROTECTION
ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta processes the data exclusively for the purpose of organising this competition. This includes contacting the participant to provide competition news and updates, to notify the winner and to administer and transfer the prize. ZAG Zeitarbeits-Gesellschaft GmbH Vechta stores your data exclusively for the purpose of organising this competition. Personal data (name, address) will only be passed on to the partner providing the prize and responsible for dispatch in the event of a win. The data will be deleted once the purpose has been achieved.

In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you below about your rights as a data subject and provide you with further information required by law:
